Returns and Refunds

RETURNS 

​

All products are examined thoroughly before delivery. If unfortunately, good is damaged, wrong sizing and incorrect item(s) were sent, we are terribly sorry. Please email us at littleraindropjewel@gmail.com and we will sort this out. We offer returns only within 7 days of delivery. However, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange or accept returns on earrings from LUX and Mini LUX collections. Sale items cannot be returned but can be exchange for a different item or store credit coupon.

 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

  • Provide a clear picture of the damaged/wrong good, invoice number and the reason for returns. 

  • For wrong sizing/incorrect items, items must be unworn and in original conditions. 

  • Once approved by us, the return items must be shipped back to us in the original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs will be refunded in the form of store credits coupon. Please use a registered postal service with a tracking system. We will not be responsible for any lost returns. Damaged goods are not required to be returned

  • Once we've received the package, it takes up to 3-5 business days (Singapore orders), 20 days (international orders) to process your return and resend new item(s). 

 

REFUNDS

  • All items are non refundable in cash. If you have opt not to get replacement for damaged goods, store credits coupons will be provided for future purchases. 

  • In the event of out of stocks, you can opt to wait for stock replenishment or exchange item for store credits coupon.
